Admission Requirements

The Courses are designed for professionals, officials and/or technicians in the diverse fields of rural/urban development,  with at least two years of practical hands-on experience in such activities.  Good command of English is essential. Age limit is 50 years (for Israeli Government funded scholarships).  

Application Process

Candidates must complete the appropriate application forms (including health certificate, declaration etc.). The forms can be downloaded directly from the site of the Center for International Cooperation of the Israeli Ministry of Foreign Affairs MASHAV or at the Israeli Diplomatic Representative in their country or here. The completed form should be submitted at the Israeli Diplomatic Representative and at our office not later than 2.5 months prior to the beginning of the course.

Participants are advised to bring with them documents and related material on the relevant topics in their regions and countries as well as background information (economic, political, social, cultural) for use in the presentation of country reports.
