Formulation of anIntegrated Development Plan for Kobo Wereda (District) in the northern semi arid regions of Ethiopia.
The activity included the formulation of a comprehensive Integrated Development plan conducted by 5 experts from the WeitzCenter. The plan included population projections, macro economic projections, sectoral planning of the main socio economic sectors. Detailed feasibility analysis was conducted on a selected list of priority projects. Irrigation, dairy production, handicraft and a rural service center.  |
