Integrated Development Plan for Nayagarh District I, State of Orissa, India.
 
Formulation of an Integrated Regional Development plan. The development plan included: Agricultural planning and irrigation projects, identification of agro industrial potentials and project preparations of industrial enterprises. Formulation of a tourism regional program and identifaction, preparation and financial analysis of tourism projects. Physical planning and mapping, program for regional small scale entrepreneurship promotion. 
 
Detailed planning of a business promotion park, regional education and health program. The final output was a comprehensive IRD plan.
