Including: data collection and analysis, population projections, macro economic projections, sectoral analysis and planning of agriculture, sectoral analysis and planning of industry, sectoral analysis and planning of services, programming of health services, programming of education services, optimization of agricultural activities, project identification, project planning and financial analysis.



Training of local officials, planners and professionals in the IRD methodology. The final output was a comprehensive IRD plan.
