Integrated Regional Planning for 
Umutara Prefecture, Rwanda
Formulation of an integrated regional development plan.

Including: data collection and analysis, population projections, macro economic projections, sectoral analysis and planning of agriculture, sectoral analysis and planning of services, programming of health services, 
programming of education services, optimization of agricultural activities.

Identification and programming of farm types, a dairy project and slaughter house. The final output was a comprehensive IRD plan.
